We're writing to remind you that on April 17, 2023, our plans' Data Tag limits will change. We're making this adjustment due to rising infrastructure costs and our efforts to ensure our plan and feature allocations are scalable for our growing user base.
What's changing?
On April 17, 2023, the Data Tag allotments for all of our plan types are changing:
- Free Plan Data Tags will decrease from 10 to 2
- Growth Plan Data Tags will decrease from 20 to 10
- Professional Plan Data Tags will decrease from 100 to 20
- Legacy Pro and Starter Plan Data Tags will decrease to 100
- Our Enterprise Plan Data Tags will continue to be customized to your business needs
What's not changing?
Everything else! All the other features and functionality of our current plans remain the same.
What action should you take?
Need the Data Tags you're currently using? Upgrade now to access a higher allotment that fits your needs or reach out to our sales team and they can set you up with a custom plan for your needs.
Or to reduce the number of Data Tags for an app, you have a few options:
- Use our Edit Device API to set empty strings on keys of data tags, that are no longer needed
- Use our deleteTag, or deleteTags method in our SDK.
- (No code) Modify tags using the CSV exporter and importer. Export your subscribers using our new Data Tag Exporter, remove tags, then upload your subscriptions.
