We're writing to let you know that on April 17, 2023, the Data Tag limits on our plans will be changing. We're making this adjustment as a result of rising infrastructure costs and our efforts to ensure our plan and feature allocations are scalable for our growing user base.
What's changing?
On April 17, 2023, the Data Tag allotments for all of our plan types are changing:
- Free Plan Data Tags will decrease from 10 to 2
- Growth Plan Data Tags will decrease from 20 to 10
- Professional Plan Data Tags will decrease from 100 to 20
- Legacy Pro and Starter Plan Data Tags will decrease to 100
- Our Enterprise Plan Data Tags will continue to be customized to your business needs
What's not changing?
Everything else! All the other features and functionality of our current plans remain the same.
What action should you take?
To ensure full message delivery and the ability to edit your Data Tags, your app will need to adjust the Data Tag usage in line with the new limits by April 17, 2023. In the coming weeks, we'll follow up with advice and tooling to help modify your Data Tag usage, or you can upgrade now to access a higher allotment that fits your needs.
