Most OneSignal users are not currently utilizing these API Properties, and therefore no action is needed. If you're unsure whether this impacts your account, please consult a technical member of your team for assistance.
To help speed up our API responses and deliverability, on March 31, 2023, we're deprecating the following properties related to estimated audience counts:
- recipients – Removed from POST response from api/v1/notification
- remaining – Removed from GET response from api/v1/notification
- remaining – Removed from GET response from api/v1/notification(s)
The estimated audience count will continue to be available for sends using the OneSignal Dashboard.
If your apps currently call any of the above API properties after March 31, 2023, these properties will no longer be available. You can continue to access post-delivery counts through either the notification API or the delivery report in the dashboard.
