Announcing the new OneSignal Growth Plan!

Hi there - We're excited to announce today's launch of our new Growth Plan! This has been a top request from many of our free users who want increased personalization capabilities but don't have the budget for our legacy $99 Starter Plan. The new Growth Plan starts at $9/month, and all subscribers will be billed at $3 per 1,000 subscribers (none are included). Upgrading to Growth will unlock improved message personalization through more Data Tags and Segments, plus advanced functionality like Time Delayed Sends, Confirmed Deliveries, and Custom List Uploads. For those interested in In-App Messaging, advanced IAM features are only available on a paid plan and will be billed at $3 per 1,000 impressions. Free plans will continue to include 1 basic In-App Message. We're also making slight updates to the Free Plan, including: The web subscriber message limit will be updated to 10,000. If you have more than 10,000 subscribers, you won't lose them, but you'll only be able to message 10,000 at a time without upgrading. Your active Segment limit will remain at 6. We have to admit, we've been a little lax about enforcing these limits in the past, but as of December 7, 2020, we'll be holding all free accounts to these limits. That means any Segments over 6 and any automation leveraging segments above the limit will be paused. What does this mean for you? If you want to remain on the Free Plan, you're all set! No action needed. If you want to message more than 10,000 web subscribers at once, improve message performance through more Segments and Data Tags, or leverage advanced In-App Messaging capabilities, you'll want to upgrade to the Growth Plan.
